TES Calculator

About the TES: The Therapeutic Escalation Score (TES) was developed in a retrospective multicenter study of pediatric-onset multiple sclerosis (POMS). This calculator is provided as a research and educational tool illustrating how the TES score can be calculated from baseline clinical and radiological variables.

Disclaimer: This calculator is intended for research and educational purposes only. It does not replace clinical expertise or medical judgment. The TES has not been prospectively validated for clinical decision-making, and results generated by this tool should not be used to guide treatment decisions.
